Submitting your Manuscript

Submission checklist

Before completing the submission of your manuscript, we advise you to read our submission checklist:

  • One author has been designated as the corresponding author and their full contact details (email address, full postal address and phone numbers) have been provided.
  • All files have been uploaded, including keywords, figure captions and tables (including a title, description and footnotes) included.
  • Spelling and grammar checks have been carried out.
  • All references in the article text are cited in the reference list and vice versa.
  • Permission has been obtained for the use of any copyrighted material from other sources, including the Web.
  • All authors understand that they are responsible for payment of the article publishing charge (APC) of $200 if the manuscript is accepted. A 50% discount will apply on the APC for manuscripts submitted by students as first authors, upon provision of a letter from their institutional supervisors.

Submission of manuscript

Editable files (e.g., Word, LaTeX) should be submitted by email to covabjournals2025@gmail.com . All correspondence, including notification of the editor's decision and requests for revision, is sent by email.

After Receiving a Final Decision

Publishing agreement

The corresponding author will be asked to complete a publishing agreement after acceptance.

Proof correction

To ensure a fast publication process, corresponding authors will be sent an email asking them to provide proof corrections within five days following acceptance. You can edit text, comment on figures and tables and answer questions raised by our copy editor in track changes.

Responsible sharing

We encourage you to share and promote your article to give additional visibility to your work, enabling your paper to contribute to scientific progress and foster the exchange of scientific developments within your field.

Language and editing services

We recommend that you write in American or British English but not a combination of both. If you feel the English language in your manuscript requires editing to eliminate possible grammatical or spelling errors and to conform to correct scientific English, you may wish to use the online AI editing services.
